LIET, by OceanLED, uses these Cree LEDs exclusively which results in an increased life expectancy on all LIET products from 40,000 hours up to 80,000 hours based on L70%. L70% is the point that an LED reduces to 70% of it original output i.e. a 30% loss. Continuing light output will occur at a constant rate.
